Particulars of an elegant villa, with most convenient attached and detached offices, &c : Stabling for fifteen horses, double coach house, dove cote, dog kennel farm yard with all suitable buildings, beautiful lawn, pleasure ground, shrubbery, kitchen garden walled, cropped, and planted with choice fruit trees in full bearing, fruiting house, &c. The above seated in a paddock of about thirty acres, and sundry pieces of land nearly adjoining, in the whole about seventy-six acres, called Cannon-Hill House, late the residence and property of A.V. Senior, Esq; deceased, desirably situate at Bray, between Windsor and Maidenhead, in the county of Berks. Which will be sold by private contract, by order of the executors, by Mr. Christie, of Pall Mall.
