Unto the Right Honourable, the Lords of Council and Session, the petition of Janet Miller, daughter of the deceased John Miller of Kenmure, and George Barclay merchant in Lanerk, her husband, for his interest; and of Isobel, Jean, and Janet Aikmans, daughters and only children procreated between the deceased Andrew Aikman surgeon in Biggar, and the also deceased Margaret Miller his wife, and of Andrew Forest merchant in Edinburgh, husband of the said Jean Aikman, for his interest, pursuers.
