Glynn, mayor. A common council holden in the chamber of the Guildhall of the city of London, on Friday, the 3d day of May 1799. Mr. William Bond, principal clerk to the commissioners of sewers, lamps, and pavements, did this day deliver into this court, pursuant to the order of the 12th of July 1785, an acoount of money received and paid by the chamberlain, by order of the said commissioners, from Michaelmas 1797, to Michaelmas 1798, inclusive; which was read in these words.
