Sir, You are desired to be at Guildhall, in your violet gown, on Wednesday next, being the 8th day of February 1797, at twelve o'clock at noon, to proceed from thence with the lord mayor, aldermen, and common council to St. James's, to present an address to His Majesty, on the breaking off the negociation of peace, by the French nation.
