And to all the chief magistrates in all the corporations, boroughs and great towns in England; especially to those corporations whose chief magistrates are wint merchants and brewers; and particularly to that town which for its wickness, has obtain'd the name of sodom, and had for many years a brewer for a justice of the peace.
