A collection from three letters, which arriv'd here from Edinburgh : with other news from Great Britain, viz. They write from Sterling [sic], that they had letters there from Inverness, importing, that the E. of Sutherland continued master of that town, with 3 or 4000 men that rebels Huntly and Seaforth had offered to submit ... upon condition that their lives and fortunes might be spar'd.
