Condescendence of the possession and exercise of the regality of Athol, stewartry of Huntingtower, and stewartry of Fife, claimed by His Grace James Duke of Athol; which several jurisdictions are all constituted by grants from the Crown, and ratifications in Parliament following thereon: so the condescendence is made in terms of the interlocutors of the Lords of Council and Session, of the 9th and 22d of January last.
