A true copy of the poll for the election of two burgesses to serve in Parliament for town and county of Southampton : Taken at the Guild-hall of the said town, on Friday the 8th day of May, 1741; and thence adjourn'd the same day to be old Proclamation-House, near Holy-Rhood's Church, and thence further adjourned to, and concluded on the next day at the sme place. The candidates were, Peter Delme, Esq; Edward Gibbon, Esq; Thomaslee Dummer, Esq; and Robert Henly, Esq.
