At Truro, the 16th day of September, 1742. The Committee appointed by the tinners to treat with the merchants concerning a farm of the tin to be raised in the county of Cornwal [sic] for the term of seven years from next are as follows ... this committee, having considered the proposals of the merchants, are come to the following resolutions.
