Mr. Williamson's address to the court of directors, together with his proposals to them for improving and increasing the manufactures of silk in Bengal : so as to preclude the necessity of importing raw silk into England, from Italy, Turky [sic], &c. being the result of close application, accurate observations, and repeated experiments made upon the spot, during his residence, in Bengal, for fifteen years, from 1756 to 1771.
