An apology for the conduct of the present administration : as to foreign affairs generally, but particularly with regard to France : illustrating the views of that ambitious crown on all Flanders, from authentic proofs, and shewing that His Majesty's commanding the confederate army in person, is the only way of being really at the head of the confederacy, and of humbling that haughty hereditary enemy : in a letter to a noble lord in the opposition.
