The proprietors and principal inhabitants of the county of Aberdeen : having met, in consequence of a public call in the Aberdeen journal, and having made choice of the Sheriff of Aberdeenshire as their preses, proceeded to take into consideration the present situation of the county : and after having reasoned and deliberated thereon at great length, agreed unanimously to the following resolutions.
