Summary This report describes the activities of DoD personnel, both military and civilian, in Shots BOLTZMANN to WILSON, the first four nuclear tests in the PLUMBBOB Series, which were conducted from 28 May to 18 June 1957. The tests involved participants from Exercise Desert Rock VII and VIII, AFSWP, AFSWC, and various AEC test groups. This volume also describes the radiological safety criteria and procedures in effect at Shots BOLTZMANN to WILSON.
