Smith and Christopher Robinson were appointed a committee to prepare an address to the people of the state. At the second meeting of said Convention, Mr. Dorr reported,--That the committee had attended to the subject of their appointment, and were ready to offer an address for the consideration of the Convention. ..."--P.
