Summary The purpose of this research was to examine the impact of a training program and ongoing technical assistance on the knowledge, skills, and dispositions of teacher candidates using Kidspiration. Kidspiration is a mind-mapping software that can be used as an assistive technology device for students. There were a total of 12 participants in this month long study that took place at East Carolina University. The overall data showed statistical significant in virtually all areas (knowledge, skills, and dispositions) for the participants after the intervention.
