As the information for Mr. James Fraser, &c. against Fraser of Belloan, &c. on page 16th, at the foot, bears, that memorials and representations were given in to the arbiters in Belloan's name, and signed by James Fraser, the other commissioner, for himself and Belloan; from which it is argued, that Belloan for himself approved of the submission; the representation pointed at, is judged proper to be printed, that the Court may see the nature of it. Unto the arbiters in the submission betwixt John Fraser of Erchite, and William Fraser his uncle, &c. The representation and memorial of William Fraser of Belloan, and James Fraser junior, writer in Edinburgh, commissioners named by the said John Fraser.
