General noteIn fact a publication brought out by the commissioners responsible for the navigation of the River Neene, it includes the abovementioned act, another act "rendering more effectual" the acts passed in the thirteenth year of Queen Anne and in the eleventh year of King George I, the by-laws for the western division of the navigation "published by order of the Commissioners" and 'A list of the present commissioners. 1785'.
