An act for payment of the principal sum of one hundred and twenty thousand pounds : in discharge of so much of the national debt, and for granting to his Majesty an additional duty on wine, silk, hops, china, earthen, Japanned or lacquered ware, and vinegar; and also, a tax of four shillings in the pound on all salaries.
