At a general meeting of the governors of the Incorporated Charitable Musical Society, at St. Andrew's vestry room, on Wednesday the 12th of September, 1792. Lord Viscount Ranelagh, V.P. in the chair. Whereas our worthy register, Mr. Charles Laurent, has laid before this board, a scheme for instituting charitable loans throughout all the several parts of this kingdom.
