| Abstract |
The concept of muscle and fascia being separate anatomical entities has been found to be no longer valid. In reality fascia plays a critical role in all human movement. As such, to understand movement and dysfunction, the role of the fascia in these areas must be clearly understood. Fascia : The rising star in human movement details the role that fascia can play for both fitness professionals and the individuals with whom they work.
