Of the Interest of Holland in relation to foreign princes and states. IX. That a free navigation ought to be kept. X. Of alliances, particularly with England. XI. That Holland, under a Stadbolder, was in continual broils and tumults. XII. That Holland, during its free government, is very well able to resist all foreign power. XIII.
