Also includes two packets of drawings of Admiral Horatio Nelson's flagship, H.M.S. Biographical note | Victor Delano was a Captain in the United States Navy who served during World War II and was a member of the United States Naval Academy class of 1941. After the war, Delano worked on atomic weapons testing and held a variety of leadership positions within the Navy. |
