General noteText in four columns; printed area measures 31.6 x 37.4 cm. First two columns, on left half of sheet, include the poem with relief cut of a hanging (Reilly 1175) at right of title. Third and fourth columns, on right half of sheet, contain Henderson's confession and imprint at foot. Two halves of sheet possibly intended to be separated.
