Pennsylvania ss. : By the president and the Supreme Executive Council of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, a proclamation : Whereas by an inquest held by the coroner of the city and county of Philadelphia it appears, that James Molineaux, labourer, was, while in the prosecution of his lawful business in the night of the seventeenth of this present month, killed and murdered ...
