By the Proprietaries of Pennsylvania : Whereas great numbers of people have heretofore obtained from our commissioners of property, and lately from ourselves, warrants directed to our surveyor-general, for surveying to them the quantities of land mentioned in their respective warrants, for which they agreed to pay to us the consideration-money and quit-rent therein specified and reserved.
