Abstract The second hearing of the Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the United States Capitol presents evidence that the January 6th attack on the United States Capitol was not a spontaneous event but a conspriracy to overturn the results of the 2020 Presidential election. The hearing examines Donald Trump's repeated repeated claims to have won the 2020 election, despite the counsel of his Attorney General and high-level campaign adivsors. Video testimony from former Attorney General Bill Barr and Trump campaign manager Bill Stepien is included.
