| Abstract |
Behaviour management guru John Bayley works with teachers to help them improve their teaching technique. In this episode, he discusses the importance of positive reinforcement in contemporary teaching. He believes all teachers can benefit from adapting their style to suit today's pupils. Bayley believes that one of the increasingly difficult aspects of effective classroom communication is displaying a sense of confidence in order to earn the attention and respect of pupils. This is one of the most challenging aspects of modern teaching, yet one which can pay dividends. In this programme, Bayley brings his wealth of experience to a school near Barnsley.
