Abstract Abraham Kuyper wrote Pro Rege to remove the separation between the believer's life inside the church and the believer's life outside the church. He saw the kingship of Jesus as the key to bridging the two. In this first volume, Kuyper discusses the darkening of Christ's Kingship, the undermining of Christ's Kingship, and the Kingship of Christ according to Scripture. He also examines the kingdom of Satan in opposition to the kingdom of Christ. -- Provided by the publisher.
