Scope and content |
This collection consists of a large scrapbook containing ads (1959-1971, undated) from the Greenville, N.C., Daily Reflector newspaper for the State Bank & Trust Co. and later the North Carolina National Bank (after the State Bank & Trust Co., merged with it in 1969). At the time of the merger, Mr. Sugg was Senior Vice President and Trust Officer. The scrapbook was presented to B. Bruce Sugg, Jr., in 1982 upon his retirement from the Board of Directors for the bank. According to Sugg family members, the ads were written by Mr. Sugg. Additional loose materials in the scrapbook include a photograph, and State Bank & Trust Co. and NCNB printed materials. |
