||A Close Look at ACSM Strength Training Guidelines presents a detailed overview of the 2010 ACSM Strength Training Guidelines and how they can be applied to enhance the results of workouts designed to increase muscular fitness. The DVD uses case studies to discuss the potential impact that employing these guidelines can have on selected physical and motor skill attributes. The DVD also looks at the effect of training at a traditional movement speed vs. a super slow speed. In addition, the DVD addresses the validity of taking protein supplements when training.
