Library and information sciences scholarship on YA services has largely been overlooked, particularly with respect to how the profession defines or envisions its target population. These essays examine the growing influence of young people as partners, asks hard questions about what we have come to define as "best practice," and opens debate about how LIS constructs and conceives of YAs. |
