City of Albany. In Common Council, February 20, 1815 : The committee to whom was referred the subject of duly celebrating the late peace between the United States of America and Great Britain, report, that the occasion requires ... a general illumination and other testimonials of joy, and they recommend that Wednesday next be set apart for the purpose. The order which the committee propose is as follows.
