Statement of the claim of the Rhode Island Brigade : composed of the three regiments commanded by cols. Crary, Topham, and Elliot, for the depreciation of their pay for their services in the Continental army during the late revolutionary war with Great-Britain, for the recovery whereof the memorial of Gen. William Barton, agent for the claimants, is now before Congress.
