The committee, consisting of Mr. Smith, Mr. Long, Mr. Johnson, Mr. Bull, Mr. Carrington, Mr. Henry, and Mr. Kean, to whom was committed a motion of Mr. King, together with a motion of the delegates of Virginia, on the subject of the settlement of the accounts of the individual states, with the United States.
