In the present edition (Bristol B4119; Shipton & Mooney 42939), there is a comma after the word "Song" in the title, and the fourth line of the sixth stanza begins: O'er hills and dales & mountains high. Another edition (Evans 14465) lacks the comma after "Song" in the title, and the fourth line of the sixth stanza begins: O'er hills & dales & mountains high.
General noteEvans ascribes the edition recorded as Evans 14465 to Draper's printing-office.
