A proclamation : Whereas by the express order of the Hon. the Proprietaries, no warrant or license has issued out of the land office for taking up or settling any lands in the county of Lancaster, to the westward of the Kittochtinny-Hills otherwise called the Endless or Blue Mountains ... Given at Philadelphia under my hand ... the fifth day of October 1742.
