|
General note | The only recorded copy, held by the New Jersey Historical Society, lacks gathering A, including title page. Assumed by Shipton & Mooney to be the fifth edition, printed at Woodbridge by James Parker in 1759. Cf. Parker's sixth edition, 1762 (Evans 9056), from which the present title is supplied. Ascribed by Evans to the New York press of Samuel Parker, probably from an advertisement for copies of this edition. |
