Now for prevention of all further and other breaches of the established peace and friendship, between us and the said natives: I do ... hereby strictly charge and command all and singular his majesty's subjects ... that on no pretence they abuse any Indian-native of the nations around us ... or any other coming and demeaning themselves peaceably amongst us ... Given in Council at Philadelphia ... the sixteenth day of May ... 1728.
