A proclamation : Whereas by the statue entitled "An act to prevent bringing in and spreading of infectious distempers in this state," it is enacted "that all vessels of whatever kind they may be having on board any person or persons infected with the yellow fever or any other contagious distemper, or coming from any place infected with such contagious distemper shall not come into any of the ports of harbours of the state.
