North Branch of Susquehanna River and Tributaries, New York and Pennsylvania : letter from the Secretary of the Army transmitting a letter from the Chief of Engineers, Department of the Army, dated February 24, 1955, submitting a report, together with accompanying papers and illustrations, on a review of report on North Branch of the Susquehanna River and Tributaries, New York and Pennsylvania, submitted in response to nine Congressional authorizations listed in the report. It is also in final response to the authority for a preliminary examination and survey of the Susquehanna River in the Vicinity of Endicott, Johnson City, and Vestal, N.Y., contained in the Flood Control Act approved December 22, 1944.
