| Biographical note | The Cape Lookout Yacht Club was founded in July 2003 in Wilmington, North Carolina, as a way to enjoy boating, nature, and socializing through cruises, picnics, and dinners. Additional goals included enhancing seamanship and boating skills and promoting the preservation of Cape Lookout Lighthouse at Cape Lookout National Seashore in Carteret County, NC. |
