We the subscribers, owners and possessors of wharfs in this city, having considered the great cost, charge and expence of erecting, building and keeping the same in repair, for the ease, benefit and advantage of vessels ... : have agreed, and we do hereby each for himself agree, that from and after the first day of March next, the following rates for wharfage at all and every of our wharfs, shall be paid ...
