At a General Assembly of the governor and company of the state of Connecticut, holden at Hartford, (by special order of His Excellency the governor,) on the 7th day of April, A.D. 1779 : An act for ascertaining the quantity of grain, flour and meal in this state, and thereof to make provision for an immediate supply of bread for the army, and the necessitous inhabitants of the state, and for securing other necessary articles for the army.
