By Brigadier General Stanwix, commanding His Majesty's forces in the southern provinces of North-America : notice is hereby given, that a number of waggons will be wanted for His Majesty's service, and, in order to avoid impressing, and all other severe methods, I have thought proper to make the following very advantageous proposals. ...
