Story of the legal troubles of "Phil Blake" (Paul Swain Braxton) and his wife "Adele Blake" (Annette Hughes Braxton) a Winterville, N.C., tobacco farming family, when Mr. Braxton was tried and found guilty of tax-evasion charges in 1977.
